Looked up one morning and spotted this gal edging her way up river. What a surprise! The channel is quite narrow (261′) and at 26′ shallow too. This laker was only carrying a partial load; likely so she wouldn’t run around. As you can see barely a ripple and if you look closely you can see when she uses her thrusters.
She unloaded and left just as quietly before seven the next morning. Here is the channel. The boat went up and around the corner so we couldn’t see it at all.
