There are a few housing trends we have noticed on the Tennessee. The first is the trailer under a roof. We presume this better shades the trailer from the sun and resulting heat. Most are simple but some get quite elaborate.
Next are the homes, they share some very specific characteristics. Namely, height, whether large or small they are all tall. Better to keep the living spaces above the flood line.
In the end they are all subject to the vagaries of Mother Nature. Though high on the hillside sand isn’t a great soil type in which to build.
