Very interesting stop in that we met up with two couples from Canada. First was Donna and Rob who we met on the Trent Severn several years ago at the Lovesick Lock and have stayed in touch ever since. We went out to dinner with them.
Then the following day Sue and Brad, who were our neighbours on the docks at the Ivy Lea Club Marina, picked us up for lunch at a cool Mexican place then let us hang with them all afternoon. This was much appreciated given how windy it was and the break from a rocking boat was great. They even fed us supper and other neighbours from Ivy Lea joined us (Phil and Sandy).
Did I mention that there are a lot of free boats down here?

Well never thought we might be celebrities…now we are in someone’s travel log. Great fun meeting up with you two adventurers. Best wishes as you continue south. Hope Pelican Bay is quiet and gentle rocking for sleep. Hopefully we will rendezvous again this summer on the TSW.
