Its official, we have decided to skip the Keys and leave them for another time. We turned left at Fort Myers and are taking a short cut to the east coast. The Okeechobee Waterway. It is 154 miles long; consist of two rivers , several locks and Lake Okeechobee. We will pop out at Stuart, turn left and head for home.
So as one of John’s statistics professors said to a fellow classmate, “F is not for failure, F is for friend. See you next year friend!”

I would be lying if I gave this post a thumbs up; I fear your shortcut means our chances of seeing you soon are very slim. I was hoping you were headed to the Bahamas. As one little boy from Canada told me the other day after asking if we were from Canada, “Everyone else here is from Canada.” Go slow, and maybe we’ll see you this summer!
