We are trying to limit our travel days to four hours or less. This permits a sit down breakfast and arrival at our next stop in time for lunch. It also gives us time to take a walk to explore the new neighbourhood.
The trip from Loggerhead Marina to Eau Gaille was a little over four hours. We had a nice push from the tide that shaved half an hour off our time on the water.
The marina permits DIY work so has a collection of somewhat worse for wear sailboats. Quite a contrast to our last stop where we were surrounded by multi-million dollar homes with either an ocean view or a golf course view. Plus tennis courts, a swimming pool with a flagstone patio and tiki huts. Check out the photo of the laundry room. Never, have I ever done laundry by the light of a sterling silver chandelier before.

On the other hand, Eau Gaille did have a patch of grass for the dogs that was really close. And, Teresa and Jib on Make it So arrived late in the afternoon. They were one of our buddy boats on the panhandle. We all wandered up the street to a local Italian place for a nice dinner. At bit of a celebration as they will finish their loop in Jacksonville, just a few days away. Like a horse heading towards the barn, they plan on galloping along so we parted company once again. They pulled out at eight. We left at nine
