It seems like only a few days ago we were in the Carolinas. How did we get here. Time seems to have accelerated. We have passed through a bunch of States.
Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and now New Jersey. We arrived today in Atlantic City and are in a marina in front of a Casino. I swear if you blinked you could miss a whole state. From Norfolk to Atlantic City with a run back to Ottawa thrown in. Just for a few days to avoid spending some time sitting on the boat while the wind blew and the rain came down non-stop.
Today we went out onto the Atlantic for a quick run outside while the weather was good. Tomorrow we will probably stay inside the New Jersey ICW as we continue north to New York.
Meet me tonight in Atlantic City. Where have I heard that before.

Hello you intrepids! I am curious how you got to Atlantic City (gorgeous pics bu the way ) from Haven Harbour. Did you travel north on the inside and cross over Back Creek River into Delaware River? or…south through Chesapeake Bay?

We took the C&D canal from the top of the Chesapeake over to the Delaware river then down to Cape May and outside on the Atlantic to Atlantic City.
