I know I said I would stop using that word but here we are in the city so nice they named it twice, New York City, New York. OK, to be honest we are across the river in New Jersey. But what a view.
Today marks our departure from the east coast, we are off of the Atlantic Ocean and onto the Hudson River heading north. New York harbour was a bit of a challenge what with dodging ferries and trying not to get too distracted by the scenery.
We also found the best pizza on the loop, so don’t tell me this isn’t a milestone day.

Wow terrific view. As you head up the Hudson we are going to Buckhorn to bring our boat home today! Might have pizza there but may not live up to your New York slice. ⚓️
