Tidbit: Alezhimers, Not!

There are many fears and anxieties to be encountered as we grow older. One for sure is watching for the onset of dementia. There are moments when a name escapes me, or when, I can’t recall why I went down stairs. Is this proof that I have too much on my mind or has the use of anti-perspirant and aluminum pans finally caught up with me?

This trip has alleviated those worries – at least for now.

Every marina has codes for the washrooms, for the lounge, for the laundry room and for the gate. To-date there hasn’t been a combination of numbers that has managed to separate me from the shower. Use it once and it sticks in my mind until we move on to the next place and a new set of codes.

This marina gave out cards

Marinas on the eastern seaboard seem to like using their phone numbers. This is easy to look up if forgotten, but try punching in a 7-digit code, in the dark when under pressure.

I am managing just fine so no need for the Depends just yet.
